Week 6: Where We’re At
Christian: I’m just chugging away until I get to the calorie-free zone of Thanksgiving.
Aaron: Mmm, Thanksgiving.
So here is our progress through week 6, in all its glory:
|Original Weight: 260||Original Weight: 268.8|
|Current Weight: 256||Current Weight: 271|
|Total Loss: 4||Total Loss: +2.2|
|Win of the week: I lost the weight, id’d lost than gained back. Maybe each week, I will just trade these 4 pounds back and forth, like a currency I keep drawing from fat bank and procuring food with.||Win of the week: In spite of a terrible week (schedule, food choices, etc.) I basically broke even.|
|Fail of the week: I wouldn’t say I had a complete fail-o-tha-week. I did got to Chinatown in D.C. and have Duck. It’s basically fat with a small side of meat. Luckily it wasn’t smiling at me.||Fail of the week: I’m allowing things to kill my motivation. Since this is a spiritual issue for me, that means I’m sabotaging my own repentance. Yikes.|
|Mood/Thoughts: Ambivalence at this point. I REALLY wanna drop below 250.||Mood/Thoughts: This week is going to be a nightmare. Too many things on the schedule, which likely means no gym. I need to focus on the little things, like food choice.|
